Decisions, Decisions
It's been a really fun week - I've enjoyed catching up with friends old and new, seeing a show and taking to the hills. However it has also been a busy one and I was glad to have a quiet day at home which I have thoroughly enjoyed.
This gave me time to focus on one of the new grammar points we have started to look at in my Gaelic classes (Questions with cò + a preposition and emphasis using 'S ann) plus a reminder of how to use mura for negative if statements.
. I also did some more of the yoga hip opening course I am following - it is yin-based and is surprisingly challenging. It's early days but it seems to be making a difference. More importantly I am enjoying it and so making time to do it most days. It also helps that each session is just over 15 mins.
I am doing a needle-felting workshop next week - we will be creating a 2-D dry felted landscape and have been asked to bring a picture to work on. I printed out 4 contenders (all favourite places) to take with me and will decide on the day with the help of the tutor.
