Silent art

Had a brilliant big birthday today, with lots of presents and lovely cards. 

Where better than to enter my seventh decade than watching two more silent films at the Hippodrome Cinema, Bo’ness. 

The two films, with musical accompaniment were:

Skinners Dress Suit (1926)
The Chase After Millions (1930)

This 1912 cinema is absolutely stunning and continues to show the most up to date films as well as the silent film festival. I have included a blip of the amazing ceiling.
