Lon

This afternoon, Gina and I attended the correct precinct meeting for our local Democratic Party.  See March 17th blip for our attendance at the wrong precinct.  Actually, this one was bigger (about 40 in attendance) and much better organized.  Pictured is Lon, our precinct PR person, and a good one.  He served as the press secretary for the U.S. Department of Education for 5 years.  He is incensed and angry about what is happening in Washington, but laughed here when he saw me taking his picture.  He is also our current program chair and VP of the Cape Fear Camera Club.
