Lasl Orders

This was the Thirsty Pallet about 2 hours before it closed its doors for the last time. For 6 years I frequented this cafe on Elm Row, starting when I was off work, winding down to retirement and continued through the Covid years and out the other side to normality and once or twice a week I would nip in and get a scrambled egg roll or a BLT (mostly Fridays) and a coffee to go. The owner of the business decided that retirement was finally required and the staff are moving on to other things. I’ll certainly miss it though it seems that the new proprietor of the space will also be a cafe it’s not clear if take away will be part of its offering.
