Psychiatrist appointment

I had my psychiatrist on Friday so I have had my sedative medication re introduce and she explained to me that when I find it impossible to sleep that's the elation part of me trying to break through again. I was also sent a personal note and information from her a good few months ago. She was very determined that I should take part in some research on Bi polar taking place in Edinburgh. And she was very clear on the fact that it would be of great help to professionals like herself in dealing with people who have Bi polar bothering them. It is to see if people with Bi polar are more sensitive to light. To be honest I was very wary of this as I know this to be the case. I was informed that the light testing would be carried out in the autumn.
