...on the corner of the yard. Triinu noticed three deer coming to the backyard and I tried to sneak out to get some shots. Obviously they didn't appreciate my company and soon left, but for a while they were less than 30 metres from me. Unfortunately lots of branches between me and them, so not very good images, but I quite liked this one with an unusual background.

After the Aurora blip the night before, it got a lot better and I went back out to try again. The northern sky was full of colour, but not much shape, but the views west (extra #1) and east (#2) were good.

It was a cold morning, -7°C at half past seven, so a good weather to try to get the last wind-felled trees done. Went there with Jussi and got them done, but by the time we came back, it was warm and the track was at least as muddy as before. Must wait dry weather before fetching the rest of the logs.
