Waiting

I was asked to have my annual blood tests done again because those taken in December had been part of a large batch that had issues due to a hospital error.

I was offered April at the surgery or this morning at the local hospital. So here I was early this morning waiting to be seen. I was the only one in the waiting area.

A nurse came out of her room: 'You're not Sarah are you..?'
Me: 'No I don't think so.'
Nurse: 'Sorry but I have to ask...'

Whoever Sarah was she missed her turn.
