delays in our legal system

Seems a bit late to go back to such a case do you not think?

Tying into the legal thing, just watched the ch4 programme called "Legally High" (mainly because I saw Prof Nutt flash up in an advert for it and I'm a fan of his) which was interesting-not that there was anything new in it but it just emphasises a lot of the ridiculousness of the attitudes to such drugs when we have so many casualties and deaths caused by alcohol in Scotland-not to mention the damage it does to communities, families and society in general. Yes we don't have any evidence of the long term impact of these drugs- so we can't know if they cause damage or not. However we know and have been shown time and time again that alcohol definitely does do damage to more than jusr our health. So legal highs maybe damage, alcohol definitely does- but we'll stick with talking about how bad the drugs are and ignore the massive problems we are sure are caused by alcohol.
