In times gone by, St Annes on Sea was a place to come to "take the waters"

This fountain was probably a place where the waters could be taken.

It was a lovely day today in which I got a few things done at home, had a really good swim.

It ended with a short notice trip up to see my family in Cumbria and driving back again later.

Well, our families are worth it aren't they.
