I started the ‘working day’ in the spare bedroom where I did most of the cleaning yesterday. There were things I needed to get rid of. Before I could change my mind I loaded them into the car and took them to the tip/recycling site. I don’t think any of them would be welcomed by a charity shop. 

I had a feeling that if I stayed at home I wouldn’t achieve much more so made a packed lunch and got the 10.22 bus to Keswick. It was duller there than in Ambleside though it did get brighter after I’d taken photos by the lake.
