Today we went to Calderglen Country park where there is a small zoo. Entry used to be free, but there is now a small charge for adults, which is fair considering the different species they have.

The children were expecially amused by the meercats, one of which always seemed to be on "lookout duty" as my granddaughter said. Just after this photo was taken, the Keeper came along with their food, so perhaps the meercat was looking for him.
