Warsett Hill.
After a lovely cosy evening in the Premier Inn which was newly done up with the usual comfy bed and an excellent, warm power shower, it was time to head off on another coastal walk.
This time we went the opposite along the coastline heading towards Staithes. The highest point of our walk was the trig point on the top of Warsett Hill. It was great to enjoy the open fields and hear the crashing waves. The weather may have been chilly, damp and full of misty fog but it didn't take away from the fun.
After enjoying another little trip to the pier and a round of golf using the free game won yesterday, we headed back to the car for a picnic.
We came back via Northallerton; a lovely little town that bucks the trend of ailing high streets. A really great look around particularly Barkers which is a gorgeous department store.
Back home now and where did those two days go?!
