Neptune’s Horses

I inherited a lot of CDs from my parents years ago and have never really been through them. Fortunately I still have the means to play them. This one was not something I would have chosen but I started to listen and got rather hooked - songs by Delius based on poems by Walt Whitman. I especially liked Songs of Farewell, which contains the famous “Now Voyager”, used in the film with Bette Davis and Paul Henreid. And I adore the cover picture, a painting by Walter Crane called Neptune’s Horses.
