Along the river

The Meuse largely determines the western border of the province of Limburg. It is therefore not unexpected that we eventually cycled in a landscape formed by the river.  Still, it is a largely unknown area for us, although we did cycle along the opposite bank once.
Because our hosts didn't expect us until the end of the afternoon, we sat on a bench and looked at the other side over the river. The village on my blip for this day. I even drew it, glad I got the chance.  When I had put away my pens and pencils the sun started to shine. The reflection in the water I could not make in my drawing, unfortunately.
