Sunday lunch

Finally made it to the resurfaced railway path between Rosewell and Auchendinny this morning with Phin. We had a lovely walk.

Home to get ready for Sunday lunch with my friend Susan. Mr PHL and I opted for the roast of the day whilst Susan enjoyed a chicken dish. As the restaurant is beside our local Dobbies garden centre we headed there for a look around before dropping Susan home.

I had a call with some old school friends about our 50 years since starting at our secondary school reunion planned for August. Very productive as we now have a joint account set up via one of the online banks and a plan for contacting more of our compatriots.

Dinner was beans on toast as I wasn’t very hungry after my lunch.
