I woke up at five this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so came down and read the news and did puzzles then got showered and dressed.  Andy came and washed my car about half past eleven then I nipped up to the Pillars for milk. and lay around reading until he came for coffee and cake in the afternoon. Lots of chat and grumbles about the Health Centre. They are reorganising things which is a bit confusing. A letter telling about changes would be helpful.
