After the debacle last night breakfast was a pleasant surprise we even got a semi apology from Paulo but Tripadvisor shall still be hearing from us.
Cheered up with a quick little walk up Grey Mare’s Tail. Very steppy at the start but turned into a pleasant up, ending in the very moody Loch Skeen. Obviously a pose was required and here I am balancing precariously on one shoe width of a rock pinnacle with a river torrenting beneath. My patience with N’s long pressing of a button cannot be seen on my blurry face thankfully.
Meander home via a fab cafe in Innerleithen , Loulabelles, for the best date slice ive ever had.
