Growing population

The same spot where I regularly see a bevy of roe deer, now with 30 of them. Obviously the population is growing. Whether this is because the approximately 40 in the area around the dead volcano are gathering, or not, I don't know. At least it can't be for the sex parties mating rituals, because they take place (long) before the fertilisation.
At least seeing such a large group is quite exciting.
