Upstairs at Anna’s

I might have posted this very impressive chandelier before. It extends down the stairwell at a delightful Conwy cafe ‘Upstairs at Anna’s’ where we go for afternoon tea. Terry and I have March birthdays - his last week, mine this - and this is my birthday treat from our lovely neighbours. 

Rob, Terry and G have the ‘Savoury Afternoon Tea’ - sandwiches, soup, pate, sausage rolls etc. I stick with the conventional variety and it’s delicious. And it’s all accompanied by a bottle of rose Prosecco and Earl Grey tea. 

It’s a lovely way to spend a damp and dreary Sunday afternoon - and an excellent start to my birthday week!
