Le Petit Prince

This has to be my favourite book!  And now a woody child is thinking of reading it!!  

The little prince lived on his planet and as it was so small he could see a sunset any time he wanted just by moving his chair! 
 He lands on Earth and meets the pilot who , having landed in the middle of the Sahara was preparing to undertake a very difficult repair on his plane. Out of nowhere the little prince asks him to draw a sheep .......

It's full of quotes such as the two on the magnets above:

"J'aime bien les couchers de soleil.  Allons voir un coucher de soleil!"
"I love sunsets, let's go and see a sunset!"

"Aimer, ce n'est pas se regarder l'un l'autre, c'est regarder ensemble dans la même direction."
To  love is not to look at each other but to look together in the same direction.
