Morning all, 

All go at work as we prepare to remove a lock gate for maintenance then shift another gate into its place so the locks can remain operational for shipping.
Meanwhile the dredging gets ever closer as we take the approach channel to new depths.
Communication is key as we co-ordinate what the dredger needs to our needs for shipping. We have divers out checking 24/7 on anomalies that have shown up on surveys and as we have found 2 torpedoes already, we need to be careful.....3 Squids, not marine life, have now been identified and marked, exclusion zone around and awaiting the navy to deal with. A squid was a 3 barrelled mortar that fired depth charges. 
Other than that, just a normal day at the office.....oh and window cleaner is here!! 
At least the sun is out during all this !!

No news from hospital, no one been to see Younger G yet. Uncomfortable night due to pain so given oramorph and co-codemal.
