Welcome To The Jungle

In honor of throwback Thursday, here's a picture of two of my best friends and I at TEDYouth 2012.

I woke up at 8:55, got a haircut at 9:00, and was back in bed by 9:15. You've gotta love the suburbs.

I ate nothing until lunch at Applebee's with Kpo, Fifi, Aly, and Dianna. I ate way too much, and Kpo was really, really, really late.

Awesome run at Sunken Meadow with Timmy and Collins. I did about 8 miles with 6 sets of 30-60-90 pick-ups with 60 seconds off in between pick-ups. I'm never eating Applebee's before a run ever again.

Froyo with both KPfuns tonight. I love them both.
