The Tanks

No one seems to know why this popular swimming area is known as the tanks, a rather strange name for sure. 
Today was overcast with some thunder and lightning, quite unusual for our part of the world. Some rain this morning, and then a cloudburst this evening with more thunder. Pumpkin is terrified of thunder, I had to take Coda to the vet for a routine injection and they suggested a tablet for Pumpkin when there's a storm. I gave her one this evening so we'll see if it calms her down.
We went again to view the unit we are interested in at the retirement complex. It is nice and probably adequate for the two of us. The single garage only still worries me though!!   Oh well, we'll carry on with the pros and cons, and in the meantime I'll continue with sorting stuff to be given away!!
