Castle Fraser

A cool day, the air felt very damp, and sometimes it was damp when the mist came down. We made a visit to Castle Fraser. There seemed to be more people rather than we would normally expect on a cold and cloudy day.

There are masses of daffodils. Most in bloom, but a few still to flower. We had a walk in the walled garden. My shoes were not suitable forr going off piste, so we did not venture far after leaving the garden. Despite the weather ventured into the shop for ice cream,
