“All l know is that you’ve got to run, running without knowing why, through fields and woods -And the winning post’s no end even though the barmy crowds might be cheering themselves daft”.

Kitty messaged me yesterday to say she was running in cross country relays for school this afternoon.
I drove over to Skipton to watch, as soon as she finished her leg she was allowed to leave straight away to catch the train into Leeds as it’s two and a half hours of ballet for her tonight.
Even though my photograph isn’t of Kitty l thought it suited the title better.

I’m hobbling at the moment my plantar fasciitis has raised its ugly head. So it’s back to ice, elevation, and exercise. Cancelled my ballet session tomorrow but should be ok for Wednesday.
