Blot(t) on the landscape

Too hazy for photographs but near perfect for walking. I did a twelve mile circular walk from Tref-y-Clawdd/Knighton up Llan-wen hill, past the Spaceguard observatory, onto Reeves Hill, down to Stanage Park and back via Caleck's Pool. The castellated Stanage house was built in the early 1800s and is surrounded by parkland designed by Humphry Repton. Some of you might remember it as the setting for the mid 1980s TV drama 'Blott on the Landscape'. My blip shows a part of the very long drive up to the house.
