Flower (Day 3605)

Another week, the start of another bathroom re-fit. This is one I haven't been looking forward to, not least because access and parking is tricky. 
First on the list of things to do was to rip out the absolutely horrible metal shower enclosure so I could see if my plan to fit the new bath partly in the alcove will work. Thankfully it will be possible, after I have re-jigged a lot of pipework and re-built three walls. 
The wash basin was in the way when I was removing the shower, so that was taken out as well. 
By early afternoon I had a fairly good idea of what I needed in terms of materials for the walls, and since the electrician and I were tripping over each other I headed to town to collect stuff, then zoomed back home to my beautiful wife.
Today marks one year since my wee brother died. I carry him and dad in my thoughts every day.
