Treasure Island

Some years ago, a friend asked me to transcribe some cassette tapes to CD. They contained the only existing copy of "Treasure Island" read by his father, intended as an audiobook but never published. It was a fascinating project for which I was rewarded by the gift of this small sea chest to hold the seven CDs. The extras are: pots of tomato seedlings ("Great Expectations") and an evergreen tree which has suffered from the severe gales of the last two winters ("Gone with the Wind").
