Notes: Slept ok, felt like I kept waking up in the early morning hours. Body was fairly stiff from ~3 hrs pickleball yesterday so did qigong & yoga to start the day. Had coffee, finished the hair test paperwork and got it in the mail. Packed a bit more and organized several bins and some of the things to pack. Online a bit, some orders came from eBay and Q for Quinn, did a dark load when I got in the shower before 5p. Warmed up leftovers from yesterday and my extra burger from last week. Underarms seemed a bit better yesterday but pretty bad today. Signed up for round robin tomorrow and on waitlist for Thurs. Quiet evening of some shows. Put the other half of the pot roast in the teeny crock pot @9p when I headed upstairs.
