Sugaring the Course

Before the first puck can be pushed down the first alley preparation must be performed.
The pucks are coated on their bottoms with wax and the lanes are sprinkled with a powdered mixture of hard waxes.
   When it's done right the pucks seem to float down the alley as if on a layer of air.
