The wallpapering is done and looking good though vertical striped paper highlights how unstraight house walls can be so there was a bit of fudging in corners, and there are lots of them.
We had taken the morning off from decorating - Hugh went fishing and caught another two trout which are now gutted and in the freezer, and I went to visit my good friend Gwen and had a lovely catch up with her, along with coffee and cake and knitting. I abandoned the decorating support team in the afternoon too to go and get my hair cut but I was back in time to help with moral support, chocolate and tidying.
