Hamster Wheel
Monday. A dense, cold, fog hung over the land first thing this morning. On the way to Canterbury, the A2 passes over the higher ground of the Kent Downs, where the fog was especially thick, and the drive to work was slower than usual. But the fog burned off, and by mid-afternoon, the weather had returned to sunny, springtime pleasantness. It was a long and busy day at work, made worse playing catch-up after my sick-day on Friday. All things pass, and soon enough it was time to head home again. I stopped at the fields along Appledown Way when I noticed the sun setting behind a small grouping of trees, and took this shot using the Tiny Planets app.
