Little and large

In the autumn I found quite a few small hazel nuts by the fence opposite my window. When walking along the pavement by the fence the other day I bet myself that I could still find one, and I found this big beauty. When I first came here in August 2013, these hazel trees had just been planted. Now look at them. I've never eaten one because to me they are rather bonnie wee things.
