People Need People

Have you ever read lines in a book or heard them in a film which really touch your heart and which you want to remember?  I have. I always write them down to remember them and reread again and again.

Here are words which touched me particularly:

"I've lived a whole life and that gives me something to pass on: What matters the most is people, your neighbours, your family, someone to love.
As you get older, the thing you treasure , above all else, is belonging. people need people."

My favourite characters are Minnie and Alfie and also romantic Fisher Bloom, but each of the characters has something touching and authentic.

I passed by those cherry trees from yesterday again this morning and was very impressed by the 'flower girl' in her bouffant skirt and girly satchel. She could be called Cherry Blossom girl, don't you think?
