Taken while I was walking about St Andrews after conducting business at the bank.

St Andrews has a 20mph speed limit through most of the city which is fine by me and many others. It does seem to upset quite a number of people judging by the fuss made in social media.

However, where it is imposed, accidents, injuries and deaths have been reduced.
