Pedestrians obstructed

On my walk this morning a theme quickly developed!  I do love the "please use other footpath" sign in the main image as there is no other footpath available.  So that appealed to my warped sense of humour.  The second image is more serious as the footpath on a main busy road is blocked, a mother pushing a pram could not pass and I told the driver that, a point which he ignored.
