Exploding Whale Park

The city of Florence, Oregon has a regrettable incident in history where a dead whale washed ashore and someone decided that blowing it up would be a good way to get rid of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Na_zKbN2VJw Weirdly, the city chose to name a relatively new pocket park after this moment of infamy. With Stanley on restricted exercise, we decided to go for a short sniff walk and see the sunset. (Photo taken yesterday.)
