Early Morning Sunshine

After a cold night we had a lovely sunny warm day. It was so lovely seeing all the stars last night. You don't see them in the city like that. 

I had a call from the insurance company this morning. Good to talk to someone as I normally I get emails. I got a few things sorted out and also the carpet company to see to the carpet which is a different colour. I think the carpet company thought I would forget about it. As nothing has been done. 

I had long trip back to Christchurch. First the traffic going slow over the hill. I had eight cars behind me who were getting frustrated with the slow driver in front of me. Then there was road works and stop start lights. At one place there was a 20 minute wait. Instead of a one hour forty minute drive home it took two hours twenty minutes.
