Antisocial and Social

Penultimate day of childcare before Amber starts nursery, and it wasn’t an easy one. She had another bug of some kind, which had made her not sleep much overnight and very clingy to L today. She had a chesty cough which was upsetting her but she did have a morning sleep and after that we took her to the park.
I was shocked to see this fairly new playground equipment had been set on fire. Obviously deliberate as it would have taken effort to burn it to that extent, probably involving an accelerant like petrol. A nasty thing to do to a children’s playground.
After going back after the park time, we drove down to the main shopping centre in Brighton and spent a couple of hours there. We drove back in a circuitous way and Amber fell asleep again
In the evening we went out with N&K for K’s birthday and had a good meal at the Swan at Woods Corner. Late finish after we walked back from their house.
