Coogee Lifesavers

I finally swam 30 laps x 32.9 metres = 1 kilometre! A lap isn’t necessarily a straight line. Mothers and toddlers and babies favour the middle of the pool. Trios of young women walk and talk. Fish, crabs and interesting shells on the sea floor are a distraction.

From knocking on one of these windows once, I know that lifesavers are on the other side of the glass.
