Pea Soup

Another lap this morning, despite not feeling great.  That soon disappeared... it seemed like the island got an extension today, very slow out the back.  Just the tide I guess. 
The boiler is being fixed as I speak I hope. 
I have a couple of cups of coffee with friends in my near future.
