Familiar

Here we are another week gone so quickly! Friday is a very busy but familiar day, our two eldest Grandchildren Keely and Jaxon arrive around 6.45am, I drop them both to school by 8am, I then head off for 9.30am to help out at the swimming pool with our two youngest Ruby and Deklan, after their lesson they love to come over for a play which is so familiar for them they have been coming since they were just weeks old, Ruby is so worn out with her swim lesson she is asleep by 11am.
I took this blip just after we picked up Keely and Jaxon from school this afternoon, then we went to the park opposite our house, they all had a great time chasing the white parrots while the poor birds were trying to eat the olives from the trees.
They played on the slides and play equipment for a while, then we decided to all go back indoors and make chocolate brownies, there were so many tiny fingers trying to lick the spoon and dipping fingers in the bowl I'm surprised there was enough mix left to actually make the brownies!
An hour later their mummies & daddies came to collect their young ones and their share of brownies of course!
And now at this familiar time of the evening its "wine o'clock" time! (We did head off to take a blip of the sunset earlier, also a familiar thing we do, and it was another awesome one, but the children won out today!) there will be another sunset tomorrow, and a very peaceful quiet w/end.
