You've been framed...

...by the trellis...

I was faffing with shots through the trellis when I was photobombed by Roy, giving me a strange look as he wandered down the garden!

You can tell what we've both been doing this aft - Roy has been refurbing the shed and painting it, and I have emptied the washing basket ;) 

No after effects from the Shingles jab apart from a sore arm - thanks for the encouragement yesterday. A good evening at badminton, and this morning I survived a testing Pilates session.

My mystery object from yesterday is in extras - a few of you recognised it as a trackball mouse ;)
