The little window shows the artistry of local village brickworkers who take great pride in this traditional style of terracotta craftsmanship.  In extras is a rather fancy chimney.

It's been a glorious sunny day. We could take our meals out on the terrace, with the thermometer edging towards 20C. We've been working on the clean up after all the prolonged winter rain and there's plenty to do still before our departure next week.
