Art Class

Had the dentist in the morning for a check up of how my teeth, gums and mouth are doing with the treatments.

Afterwards went home to rest.

Dithered but then decided I would book the art class in the afternoon at St Columba’s Hospice Wellness Centre.

I am glad I did!

Treated myself to a taxi there. Time away from thoughts with inks, paints and paper.

Afterwards treated myself to coffee and cake in the Iona Café.

I should have taken a taxi home as quite tired after but took the bus home all masked up.

Achieved a lot today, feels a positive day.

Phoned MT to let her know about the art class & talk crafts & let family know I managed something good for me.
