Squatters.

We noticed these two this morning on the nesting box. Never seen this before, as we assumed the blue tits were still in residence. We don’t know if they are trying to take whatever is inside or the blue tits are not there and the sparrows are trying to move in. 
If anyone out there is an expert in nest boxes we would be grateful for any information.
