Sunny Flower

I love sunflowers. I'm sure there are hundreds of sunflower shots on here so it isn't very original. I know that somethings missing has done some awesome ones, one of which I'm hoping to get framed and put up on my wall.

The sunflower is the hospice emblem and the year my dad died, I grew loads and sold them to raise money for St Nicholas' Hospice in Bury St Edmunds, where he died. We raised loads of money but it was a bit of a nightmare so now I just grow them every year for myself, in memory of my old chap. He was such a good old boy, liked his beer, gambling, pool and darts so I'm not sure what he would make of me growing sunflowers in his memory! Ha ha!
