Back at work, time to recruit workmates to model for me.
S. works as a psychiatric nurse with her colleague, they joined our team just couple of years ago. They both are very important and welcomed resource. S. has proved to be very skillful, professional and empathic and it's been very rewarding to treat our patients together with her. She has lots of common sense, she is firm but kind and patients have praised her warmth to me. I wouldn't manage anymore without her and the rest of the team.
