Busy Day

WEDNESDAY

Did a load of washing and pegged out before heading over to Rhuddlan for a haircut. Then a trip to Aldi where I did a bit of shopping and bought a jig saw, and then over to the plumbers merchants to pick up some sample wall tiles for consideration in the kitchen. Also stopped off at T&C cabinets to enquire about some extra cupboard shelves and finally called at Starbucks for coffee and cake.

This afternoon I fitted a new handrail to the external steps at the front of the house. What should have been a 20 minute job took me two hours as I had to rebuild part of the wall as some of the bricks had worked loose.

Then over to Denbigh late afternoon to run some more  errands and home in time to cook dinner.

I planted these bulbs last autumn and they were looking quite splendid in the sunshine today,
