In the Sun
Went for a walk in King's Forest and West Stow Country Park, choosing some paths we haven't walked for a while, if at all. Some parts of the forest contained close-planted conifers while others were more open and "wilder". In the latter there were broom, gorse and the ground-cover Mahonia in flower, with occasional butterflies - we saw commas, brimstones and peacocks altogether - and bumblebees.
